What time and how do I check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Faldingworth Farm Retreats operates a self-check-in service. This means your accommodation key will be left in the door from 4pm, and we ask guests to leave the key back in the door on the day of departure.

Do you take a deposit?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process deposits through the website at this time, however this is something we are looking into for future bookings

Can I cancel/change my booking?
Please email us if you need to make a change to your booking, and we will aim to accommodate you where possible, subject to availability. Please see our terms and conditions for our cancellation policy.
